What is the best teeth whitening tooth paste for discoloration caused by drinking tea and coffee etc (not smoking though, if that makes a difference). Please state if you know from personal experience or if you heard about it.

    Arm and Hammer Advance White. It comes with a shade guide to compare teeth color before and after the tube and guarentees 3 shades whiter with one tube. Worked for me, but it does taste like baking soda!

    On a comparative basis, teeth whitening toothpastes typically are not considered to be the most effective type of tooth whitening products available, primarily because their effect is only one of removing superficial debris as opposed to creating a true internal color change as is the case with peroxide-based whiteners. However, there can be circumstances when a whitening toothpaste is the best choice.
    One of the obvious ways to reduce staining of the teeth and promote healthy gums is by drinking lots of water. Drinking a lot of water steers you away from drinking fluids that are darker and tend to stain or discolor teeth. Coffee, tea, and especially dark colored soda’s are among the top drinks that leave stains on teeth. An occasional beverage that leads to staining is not a problem. Constant consumption of these types of drink is not conducive to teeth whitening.
